Who We're Looking For
We hire across the full stack of the problem — from photons to publications. If you live at one of these intersections, we want to hear from you even before a formal posting exists.
Build and lead our commercial engine — from the first enterprise deals to the team that follows — selling our smart camera hardware and analysis software to pharma, biotech, CROs and academic labs. You’ll also own our partnerships: research collaborations with academic labs that turn early installs into first-in-field publications, strategic alliances with pharma R&D groups and CROs, and channel and distribution partners that take our products into new markets.
Minimum qualificationsRun the company's operating rhythm alongside the founder — hiring, finance and vendors, manufacturing and fulfillment logistics, and board and investor preparation — and turn priorities into shipped work across every team.
Minimum qualificationsPose estimation, tracking, and behavior classification. You'll work on the models that turn raw video into reliable behavioral data.
Minimum qualificationsEdge AI devices, camera systems, optics integration, and real-time acquisition — instruments designed for machine vision, not for humans.
Minimum qualificationsCloud software, data pipelines, and the standardized schema that ties every device into one dataset.
Minimum qualificationsAssay design, validation studies, and scientific rigor. You've run preclinical behavioral studies in mice or rats in orthopedics, neurodegenerative disease or a related field, such as pain and neuropathy, spinal cord, nerve and brain injury, neuromuscular disease, or cognition and social behavior. You know exactly what's wrong with how those studies are scored today.
